Celia is a minor character from Snorks. She only makes an appearance in Snorkerella. Allstar and Junior were fighting over who should take her to the Homecoming Dance, but after the football game, she ends up going with Lester. Celia also has blonde hair, and is a cheerleader for Snorkland High. She is voiced by B.J. Ward.
