Mr. Seaworthy the cook
Mr. Seaworthy is Allstar's and Smallstar's father and Mrs. Seaworthy's wife. He works at the local Snorkland Steam Plant while also the family chef on the side, known for his famous chili (Journey To the Source, Chickens Of the Sea). Not much is well known about him other than that. He is voiced by Bob Holt in the first two seasons, but voiced by Jim Cummings in the later seasons.
