Professor Kelp
Professor Kelp is Casey's uncle and a snorkologist, who studies the minds of the snorks. He only appears in The Day They Fixed Junior Wetworth. Casey calls him in and he does studies on Junior, which ends up fixing him later on. Professor Kelp has white hair and a moustache and wears glasses, and speaks with a smidge of a German accent.
